Almost all leather and canvas goods are MADE BY HAND TO ORDER here in our small shop. Production times will vary depending on the size and complexity of your order as well as the number of current orders in the production line.
Once an order is received it is added to the production schedule with the same or similar items where they will be prepped, cut, formed, dyed, stitched and finished in small batches. Most orders have multiple items. Occasionally we will ship partial orders if certain items on an order are further out from being made.
We do try to keep a small inventory on hand of popular items but this is not always possible due to the number of custom options available.
Shipping notification is emailed once your order is packaged and the label generated. Please be aware depending on your email spam filters this notification may end up your junk mail.

**CURRENT TURN-AROUND TIME ON MOST ORDERS IS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS**
SHIPPING: Due to the current situation with Covid-19 shipping carriers are experiencing longer then normal delivery times, INTERNATIONAL packages are especially being delayed. When choosing an international carrier we highly reccomend UPS, Fed Ex or DHL depending on what options are available for your postal code. We apologize for any delays in you getting your handmade goods but unfortunately this is out of our control. Please be aware on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS that unless the carrier notifies us the package has been destroyed or being sent back to us there are no refunds or cancelation of orders once they have passed out of US customs. The good news is since January 2020 Badger Claw Outfitters has not had one single package not make its destination. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time and thank you for choosing us to outfit your adventures!
Returns: Items are eligible for returns as long as they are in NEW and unused condition. Refunds may exclude shipping charges. NO RETURNS on Clearance, Used, Seconds, Consignment or "Garage Sale" items. Please contact us via email to handle any returns.
